We value the opinions of our listeners and we encourage a healthy exchange of ideas. However, zillionfm.com does not allow postings that are divisive, hateful, sexual in nature, defamatory or libelous.
Zillionfm is a family friendly site and as such will not tolerate any form of hate speech or language that is derogatory to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation.
We also do not condone posts which contain sexually explicit material inappropriate for minors and ban individuals who break this rule from using our site again.
We may remove postings that contain vulgar language, personal attacks or off-topic comments.
Vulgar language includes swearing, cursing and other profanity. Personal attacks include name calling, insults and threats. Off-topic comments are off-topic comments.
If you post something on zillionfm.com that is deemed inappropriate for any reason, zillionfm.com reserves the right to delete it without warning from our site and from our server(s).
If your post is deleted by zillionfm.com, this does not necessarily mean that we are upset with what you have written; rather, it may simply mean that your post does not fit within one of our guidelines or has been deemed otherwise inappropriate for publication on zillionfm.com.
Zillionfm.com also prohibits against posting content that is illegal, obscene, threatening and/or discriminatory. Zillionfm.com reserves the right to remove any such content without warning.
Zillionfm.com also prohibits posting of content that violates copyright laws and/or intellectual property rights of another person or company.
In order to protect its members from liability for copyright infringement, Zillionfm.com has adopted a policy for handling notices of allegedly infringing activities on our network.
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication (by mail or fax) that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your copyrights. In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of 2003, 17 U.S.,C § 512(c), we are required to terminate service providers who are deemed repeat infringers under applicable copyright law.
The above policy applies to all postings on zillionfm.com including blogs and the discussion boards associated with each blog. While we welcome your comments, we want to make sure they adhere to our high standards.
For this reason, we will remove comments that contain:
Defamatory or libelous material (i.e., statements that are untrue about an individual or organization and are intentionally written to damage their reputation)
Discrimination against race, gender, age, disability or any other class of people
Copyright infringement
We want to encourage you to express your own opinions on the site. We don’t want to stifle ideas or conversation, but we do have high standards for what comments can be published. To help you understand those standards, here’s a list of our guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable comments:
Unacceptable (NSFW): Comments that are not G-rated, contain profanity or hate speech against any group or individual (including other commenters), use hate speech towards a specific gender identity/expression/sexual orientation, sexualize minors or make light of nonconsensual sex acts.
Unacceptable (other): Anything that violates our legal terms of service is also not allowed. This includes spamming links; posting threats to individuals or groups; impersonating someone else; posting private information about others; discussing business plans/strategies without their permission; attempting fraud through this site or otherwise cheating with the hopes of gaining access to financial data from an account holder.*
In short, we want you to have a good time and be creative and interesting in your posts. We also want you to respect our readers, other posters and the staff at zillionfm.com by following these rules:
-No bullying or harassment: Don’t insult, bully or harass people. It’s not nice and it doesn’t make you look cool. There’s a fine line between healthy debate and picking on people for no reason. If you can’t tell the difference, ask yourself if what you are about to say would upset someone who is older than you or your parents. If so, don’t post it!
-Don’t use bad language: We chat in public here, so please be polite and keep your language clean. Swearing isn’t going to get your point across any better than using a well-chosen word will.
-No personal info: Don’t share your real name, home address, phone number or other personal details. -Don’t post links to sites where you can meet people in real life. We want to keep our site fun and safe, so we can’t allow people to share links that aren’t relevant.
– Be careful what you post: Once you hit enter, your message is out there for everyone to see. So think before you type! If you wouldn’t say it in person, don’t say it here
If someone breaks the rules listed above, the next step would be for a moderator to take action. This could include anything from issuing a warning to banning the user from the site entirely.
